Hi, I am John Nikic and I have been building new homes for over 30 years. They say if you love what you do you will never work a day in your life. I love building homes; it’s true, it does not feel like work. Each project has been an adventure I have enjoyed. I have personally built over 50 homes and countless additional projects in the past 30 years. I work with a simple approach, good communication, doing the right thing, and a genuine desire to ensure the end user has a great experience. I think that’s important because it ultimately ends up being a place, they build memories in, and that process should start out as a pleasant and fun experience. Each of my new homes takes on a life of its own and each one is special with its unique attributes. I focus on quality and value. I work to anticipate what a homeowner wants today and, in the future, as most of my homes are built and then sold to an end user. When custom building I find that honesty, good communication, and treating people fairly will always produce good results.
